Visitation and funeral services will be held today for Andrew Boldt at St. Francis Cabrini Church from three until six thirty. At six thirty there will be a musical prelude, presentation of colors by local scouts and remarks of remembrance leading up to the funeral mass at seven.. Those expected to attend include Mitch Daniels, Purdue's president and a former Indiana governor. The university also is providing charter bus service for students who want to come from Purdue to Wisconsin for the funeral. Father Nathan Reesmen from St. Francis Cabrini Parish says he understands the church may be packed, but says there will be room for everyone to attend. Following the service, Father Reessmen says a simple small community gathering will take place in the church hall. Andrew graduated from St. Frances Cabrini Grade School in 2006 and then graduated from Marquette University High School in 2010. At Purdue University Drew was working towards a degree in Electrical Engineering and lived all four years in Cary Quad Southwest. He was employed by the College of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) as a Teaching Assistant and served as an Officer for the ECE Student Society. Drew also worked as an intern the past two summers for the John Deere Corporation. He was due to graduate in May 2014 and was hoping to accept a full time job with John Deere. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in his memory to Saint Frances Cabrini Parish, Marquette University High School, or the Andrew F. Boldt Memorial Scholarship Fund; c/o Saint Frances Cabrini Parish, 1025 S 7th Ave, West Bend.
