One person was killed and another injured after a car hit a milk truck in Dodge County Friday afternoon. According to a report from the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened just after 1:30PM on Highway 60 and Lehman Road. The report states a Chrysler failed to yield right of way to a milk truck after the two vehicles approached stop signs. The milk truck hit the passenger side of the car. The Dodge County Medical Examiner pronounced a female passenger dead at the scene. The driver of the Chrysler was injured but his injuries appear to be non-life threatening. The driver and passenger of the milk truck were not hurt in the accident. The exact cause of the crash remains under investigation. The Dodge County Sheriff’s Department will release the names of the people involved in the crash later today.
