3/6 Police Report Disorderly Conduct and Weapons Possession

West Bend Police officers assigned to the first shift encountered two different scenarios on Tuesday. According to Lieutenant Michael Hartwell, the day’s first call was around seven fifteen am when officers were called to West Bend West High school. A 17 year old male student was arrested for bringing a knife to school.  During the investigation the student was also found to be in possession of a plastic bag with a trace amount of marijuana.  The student was cited for Possession of Marijuana and placed in jail for Possession of a Dangerous Weapon on School Grounds. The second call was just after 12 noon on the south east side of town. A 29 year old man became upset and out of control with his father over shoveling snow.  The argument continued inside the home and the 29 year old kicked in a bathroom door in a rage. Police arrive at the home and arrested the man for  Disorderly Conduct.
