West Bend Police found themselves dealing with two cases of battery and disorderly conduct in a period of less than eight hours between Wednesday night and Thursday morning. According to Lieutenant Michael Hartwell of the West Bend Police, Wednesday evening at seven thirty, a 46 year old female  was arrested and placed in jail for Disorderly Conduct and Battery after being involved in an altercation with her 52 year old girlfriend.  The  initial verbal altercation turned physical when the 46 year old was poking the victim in her chest and slapped her. The next case took place around three thirty am Thursday morning. The Police Department received a hang-up 911 call from a residence on the NE side of West Bend.  Police went to the home and contact was made with a woman resident who reported that her  27 year old ex-boyfriend from Milwaukee, came to her residence , started a fight and pushed her against a wall, pulled her hair, grabbed her face and threw her to the ground.  The 27 year old man left prior to the police arriving.  A warrant has been entered for his arrest and charges of Disorderly Conduct and Battery have been forwarded to the Washington County District Attorney’s Office.
