A 45-year-old West Bend man was arrested for theft after he allegedly stole a pair of shoes from the Regner Park pond area. According ti Lieutenant Michael Hartwell of the West Bend Police, a lifeguard reported the man allegedly stole a pair of woman’s shoes from the pond area Wednesday. An investigation was conducted and the man was  later found at the West Bend  Library and police  found  the stolen sandals and  a total of 16 pairs of women’s shoes in his backpack. He was palced in jail with charges for theft.  Lieutenant Hartwell also informs WBKV News that Thursday morning at two forty five am, the father of a 15 year old girl called to report that his daughter had been drinking with friends.  The teenage girl  left the home prior to the officers arrival but she was later located by the building at 2100 Northwestern Avenue.  The young girl was cited for an Underage Alcohol Violation and Curfew Violation. In a directly related story, while investigating the previous complaint, the officers heard voices coming from within the building on the second floor.  The building is currently restricted from having human habitation due to being unsafe and signs are  clearly posted.  The second floor does not have any stairway or elevator and there are numerous places where the flooring has been removed leaving holes exposing the first floor.  The officers located 3 male suspects, a 23 and a 22 year old from West Bend, and a  22 year old from Wauwatosa on the second floor of the building.  After arresting all three individuals on charges of illegal entry onto a construction site, assistance was needed from the West Bend Fire Department in order to safely remove the men  from the second floor.
