A 25 year old woman from West Allis who was reported missing for several days earlier this week, has ties to Washington County with an outstanding warrant. The West Allis Police Department confirmed on Wednesday that they found 25-year-old Cassandra LaFave safe on Tuesday night. LaFave was reported missing to the West Allis Police Department on November 20th. According to West Allis Police she called the police station on Tuesday night letting them know she was safe and they could call off the search. West Allis Police found her on the 6700 block of West National Avenue and spoke with her, and the person she was found with. After questioning, LaFave was arrested and transported to the Milwaukee County Jail. LaFave had outstanding warrants against her in both Milwaukee and Washington Counties. In Milwaukee County she has been charged with misdemeanor possession of cocaine. In Washington County, she has been charged with three counts of retail theft and resisting or obstructing an officer. No word as to when she will be transported to Washington County to face the criminal charges.
