12/10 DOT Meeting in Germantown Today on Hwy 41/45 Improvements


The Wisconsin DOT Southeastern regional office will be holding their first public informational meeting for the US rehabilitation project to portions of Highways 41/45 between County Q and Highway 145 in the Village of Germantown.  The open house style format will be held at the Germantown Community Library located on Mequon Road between four and seven pm.  The proposed improvements include resurfacing US 41/45 and replacing the signals at the terminal intersections at County Q and at Lannon Road.  The construction is currently scheduled for 2016.  The public is encouraged to attend the meeting, provide input and ask questions concerning the project.  Maps showing the study area and the possible long term improvements will be on display.  WIS DOT representatives will be available to answer questions concerning the project.  Maps showing the study area and the possible long term improvements will be on display.  WIS DOT representatives will be available to answer questions and discuss the project on an individual basis.
