Jim Healy currently serves the Village of Richfield as the Planning and Zoning Administrator. Yesterday, as the first full week of business in 2014 got underway, Healy began with a new job as interim village administrator. Healy will serve on an interim basis for up to one year but he could be given the administrator title at any time in the next 12 months, under terms of a contract approved by the Village Board. His job performance will be reviewed quarterly this year. Healy has a master's degree in public administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In addition to his other village duties, he worked as assistant to former Village Administrator Josh Schoemann during 2013. Schoemann has started work as Washington County manager. He replaced Administrative Coordinator Doug Johnson who retired at the end of last year.
