The West Bend Police Department is reporting two cases of disorderly conduct from over the weekend. The first incident happened Friday night just after ten thirty at the Pizza Hut on West Washington Street. According to Lieutenant Hartwell from the West Bend Police, a 31 year old man from Slinger was at Pizza Hut when he began yelling at the staff and caused a loud disturbance in the restaurant. Employees called for police assistance. The man left the restaurant prior to an officer’s arrival. A short time later, he was stopped by the Slinger Police Department who arrested him for his 3rd Offense OWI. In addition, the man was cited for Disorderly Conduct for the incident at Pizza Hut. The second incident took place Sunday morning around nine am. According to the police report a 24 year old male, resident of West Bend, entered the residence of his former roommate on the South East Side of town.This lead to an argument between the two men and caused a loud disturbance. Police were sent to the home but the suspect left prior to the officer’s arrival. He was located at his residence and taken into custody. He was placed in jail for Disorderly Conduct and Trespassing.
