3/13 Jackson Man Arrested for Possession of Heroin

The West Bend police Department is reporting just two documented cases from Tuesday. According to Lieutenant Michael Hartwell Tuesday morning just after ten, a 15 year old female was arrested after refusing to go to school and hitting her mother several times while yelling at her.  The 15 year old was taken into custody and referred to juvenile authorities for Disorderly Conduct and Battery and issued a citation for Truancy. Later in the day at four forty five, a 22 year old man from Jackson, was observed by loss prevention agents at the Piggly Wiggly on East Washington stealing items.  The man was stopped by store management who called the police.  The  man was issued a citation for Retail Theft and was placed in jail for Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia as these items were found in his possession at the time of his arrest.  The value of the stolen property was just twelve dollars.
