3/19 Armed Robbery at Germantown Verizon Store

Germantown Police are reporting an armed robbery occurring Tuesday afternoon at the Zwireless – Verizon store on Mequon Road at 2:30. According to Germantown Police Chief Peter Hoell, two males entered the store, one of which displayed a black handgun and demanded merchandise. An unknown number of various cell phones were taken prior to the suspects leaving. The suspects have been described as a black male about five feet ten inches wearing a black leather jacket, dark pants, dark gloves along with a multi colored scarf covering his face. The second suspect has been described as also a black male about five feet ten to six feet tall wearing a red hooded. Wisconsin sweatshirt and dark colored jeans. A vehicle of interest in this incident is described as a white small SUV, possibly a Nissan Rogue with a sunroof. Germantown Police are asking that if anyone saw the vehicle or subjects matching this description to please give the Germantown Police Department a call at (262) 253-7780.
