4/8 19 Year Old Boy Arrested for False Imprisonment/Disorderly Conduct

Saturday night, several 16 year old girls were having a party at home on Sunset Hill in the Village of Richfield. According to the incident report from Lieutenant Martin Schulteis of the Washington County Sheriff’s Department at about nine twenty, two teenage boys from Menomonee Falls ages 19 and 17 came to the home. They were asked to leave by a grandfather at the home but later returned. Apparently one of the girls is currently dating the 19 year old male. He wanted the 16 year-old to leave with him but she refused.  At that point, he forcefully grabbed her and carried her to his friend’s car. One of the other girls tried to intervene and was shoved to the ground by the 19 year old.  The males left the scene and several other girls followed.  While the girls were following, the older boy made his girlfriend text her friends telling them to back off otherwise he would get a gun to handle it.  Menomonee Falls were then dispatched to the 19 year-old's home and took him into custody upon his arrival.  He was charged with False Imprisonment and Disorderly Conduct.  The other 17 year old male was taken into custody by Menomonee Falls police for possession of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
