4/23 Disorderly Conduct Arrests Consume Police Reports

The early portion of this week has been dominated by disorderly conduct arrests in West Bend. Lieutenant Michael Hartwell tells WBKV News, the first arrest took place Monday afternoon. A 27 year old West Bend woman came to the Police Department at four fifteen to report a domestic incident that occurred on Friday April 18th.  The woman reported that she was involved in a verbal argument with her 29 year old husband.  She told police the argument turned physical when her husband pushed and threatened her. Police located the man and took him into custody.  He was with Disorderly Conduct. The second incident happened Tuesday morning at around one twenty on the north east side.  A 38 year old West Bend man, was involved in an altercation that turned physical with his 25 year old girl friend.  The man had placed her in a headlock and threw her to the ground. She called police, they came to the home and he was placed in jail for Disorderly Conduct and Battery.
