A man from Washington County with multiple addresses was arrested by Dodge County Sheriff Deputies over the weekend for his seventh offense OWI. According to the report, patrol Deputies conducted a traffic stop for an expired registration on Saturday night at 9:20pm on State Highway 26 and County Road A in the Town of Oak Grove. A 52-year-old man, whose most recent addresses are in Germantown and Hartford, allegedly blew a point-zero-seven-one. While that is below the states threshold for driving drunk, because of his previous convictions it is considered a prohibited alcohol content. The man was arrested twice within six weeks for felony OWI in 2008. During his most recent conviction that September he was sentenced to three years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision. The conditions of his supervision required him to maintain absolute sobriety through September of this year while his license remains suspended through 2016.
