A Hartford man has been charged with driving drunk for a seventh time. Dale J. Mueller was arrested Saturday night on State Highway 26 in the Town of Oak Grove. The 52-year-old man allegedly blew a point-zero-seven-one. That is below the states point-zero-eight limit for driving drunk but Mueller is still on supervision for his sixth OWI and is required to maintain absolute sobriety. He is charged with Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Content. During an Initial Appearance Tuesday afternoon in Dodge County court, prosecutors asked cash bond to be set at fifty thousand dollars. Judge Steven Bauer set bail at $25-thousand. Mueller will be back in court for a preliminary hearing next week.
