5/12 Sex Assault Charge Filed Against Farmington Town Chairman

According to a story published in Saturday’s West Bend Daily News, Farmington Town Chairman Christopher Elbe, is being charged with misdemeanor sexual assault charges after allegedly groping a woman at her home March 19. According to the story, a woman on Forest View Drive was dealing with flooding issues on her property. She called the town hall to request assistance and was given Elbe’s number. The two met on the property and following a tour the woman said Elbe grabbed her and made crude sexual suggestions. The woman told Elbe she was “in a relationship” to which he responded, “So what? I’m married, who cares!” The woman pushed him away but Elbe continued his advances, according to records. The woman screamed, got into her car and locked the doors. Elbe got in his truck and drove off. He is accused of fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct. He’s scheduled to appear May 30th  before Washington County Circuit Judge James Pouros.
