Three adults and one juvenile were all taken into police custody since Tuesday on various criminal charges. According to a report provided by Lieutenant Michael Hartwell, Tuesday morning at about eleven forty five police responded to a call of a domestic disturbance on the north east side. A thirty six year old man from Milwaukee was in an altercation with his former girlfriend a thirty seven year West Bend Woman. During the altercation the man punched the female in the face. Police arrived, brought the situation under control and arrested the Milwaukee man on charges of Disorderly conduct and battery. The female was also placed in jail on an outstanding warrant for Operating a vehicle after revocation from Milwaukee County. The second police custody incident happened Tuesday afternoon at two thirty at the West Bend High Schools. Two 15 year old males became involved in a physical altercation outside of the High School. School officials notified police who responded and arrested one of the boys for Disorderly Conduct, Strangulation and Physical Abuse of a Child. His case was referred to juvenile authorities. The final arrest took place around three am Wednesday morning. According to Lieutenant Hartwell, Police were conducting a routine field interview with a 21 year old Kenosha woman on the south side of town. During the questioning, she was found to be in possession of Heroin. The woman admitted to using Heroin and being under the influence of Heroin. She was arrested and place in jail for Possession of Heroin and Bail Jumping.
