Later at one thirty, a 21 year old West Bend woman was cited for Retail Theft after taking some clothing from the store without paying. The third theft case happened at the Walmart on West Paradise Drive at nine twenty. According to the report from Lieutenant Michael Hartwell, a 33 year old West Bend man was arrested and placed in jail for Retail Theft, Bail Jumping and Abuse of Hazardous Substance after taking several pieces of merchandise from the store and using it as an inhalant. Lieutenant Hartwell also reports two cases of prowling from early Saturday morning.  Around twelve twenty am, a citizen called to report seeing a male suspect  pulling on a door handle of a parked car on the north east side..  An officer responding to the scene located a 17 year old male, running behind some businesses on North Main Street.  The officer   confronted the suspect and he was cited for Prowling. Next, just before three am, an officer observed a 15 year old male from, West Bend, and a 15 year old male from Racine, walking on the south side of West Bend.  When the two suspects saw the officers they ran from the area and through a neighboring yard.  The two teens were tracked to a residence and both admitted to running to avoid curfew tickets.  Both were cited for Prowling and Curfew Violation.-
