West Bend Police added three more arrests to their logs on Tuesday night following the heavily loaded arrest reports from Sunday and Monday. At eight twelve pm, officers responded to a home on the south east side for a family argument. According to the report from Lieutenant Michael Hartwell, during the argument, a 17 year old boy was punching the walls and pushed his father. When police arrived, they settled the dispute and arrested the 17 year old on charges of disorderly conduct. A little over thirty minutes later, a 26 year old man from, Cedarburg, was stopped for speeding at River and Paradise. During the stop, it was determined that the man was intoxicated and he failed the field sobriety tests. The Cedarburg man was arrested for his 2nd Offense OWI and released to a responsible adult. The third arrest of the night was also the most serious. A 22 year old West Bend, woman was stopped for a traffic violation also at River and Paradise. During the stop, it was determined that she had been smoking marijuana. The 22 year old woman was arrested for a first offense Operating While Impaired During the investigation, officers discovered that she was in possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. The woman was placed in jail for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription.
