A Hartford man accused of driving drunk for a seventh time has been found guilty in a Dodge County Court room. Dale J. Mueller is charged with a felony count of Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Content. Mueller was arrested in April on State Highway 26 in the Town of Oak Grove. The 52-year-old allegedly blew a point-zero-seven-one (.071). That is below the states point-zero-eight (.08) limit for driving drunk but Mueller was still on supervision for his sixth OWI and is required to maintain absolute sobriety. Mueller must serve three years in prison with extended supervision of five years. His driver's license will be revoked for three years and he must have an ignition interlock device on any vehicle he owns or operates. He also must pay court costs.
