8 / 6 Man Cited for First Offense OWI

A 56 year old West Bend man is proof that an OWI offense can happen at any time of the day. According to a report from the West Bend Police Department on Monday morning at eleven thirty, officers pulled over the man’s car in the 1400 block of West Washington Street for erratic driving. He was questioned and had standard field sobriety tests applied, which he failed. The male driver was ruled to be intoxicated and cited for a first offense OWI.
