8 / 14 Police Report 3 Disorderly Conduct Cases in One Day

Monday was a busy day for West Bend Police as they found themselves dealing with three various cases of disorderly conduct. The first case was reported at about six fifty am at a home on the north east side of town. According to Lieutenant Hartwell, a 40 year old man was in a loud and reportedly loud intense argument with his wife. The argument turned physical when the man hit an Ipad out of her hands.  When police arrived, they brought the situation under control and ended up arresting the man and placing him in jail on charges of disorderly conduct.  A few minutes later another domestic related type of argument got out of hand at a home on the northwest side of town. A 34 year old man was involved in an argument with his former roommate. The argument turned physical when the roommate’s shirt was ripped during a shoving match. When police arrived, they arrested the 34 year old man and placed him in jail for Disorderly Conduct. Finally, a short time after that incident, police answered their third disturbance call of the morning, also involving a domestic type of dispute. According to the report, a 34 year old West Bend man was involved in an argument with his mother.  During the argument, the man smashed a TV and broke some glass bowls. When Police arrived at the home, they attempted to speak with the man, but he became combative.  The man resisted arrest with force, which influenced the officers to use Pepper Spray and a Tazer to gain compliance of the man and the take him into custody.  Charges of Criminal Damage to Property, disorderly conduct  and Resisting an Officer were requested.
