8 / 20 police Handle Multiple Disorderly Conduct and Battery Cases

It was a rather quiet weekend on the streets of West Bend, police are reporting just three notable incidents. On Friday morning, just prior to eleven , a 28 year old man from West Bend, was observed by the apartment manager visiting an apartment at an apartment complex on the south east side.  The 28 year old was previously served a No Trespass letter. The man left prior to the officer’s arrival but he was located a short distance away.  The man was cited for trespassing and placed in jail on a charge of Bail Jumping. On Saturday morning at two twenty, a 44 year West Bend woman was involved in an altercation with a 29 year old woman from Milwaukee and a 24 year old woman from West Bend.  According to Lieutenant Hartwell, the altercation turned physical when the 29 year old tried to break up the altercation between the two other women.  The 44 year old then tackled the 29 year old to the ground.  She then punched the 24 year old in the face which was observed by an officer.  The 44 year old fled on foot but was caught and taken into custody. She was arrested and placed in jail for Bail Jumping, Disorderly Conduct and two counts of Battery.Finally about an hour later at about three forty am, two sisters from West Bend, ages 37 and 35  became involved in an altercation which turned physical when the 35 year old tackled, pulled the hair and punched the 37 year old.  Police arrived at the home located on the south west side and brought the altercation under control. The 35 year old woman was arrested and placed in jail for Disorderly Conduct and Battery.
