2010 Teacher Appreciation

The WBKV Teacher Appreciation Contest results are in. There were way too many great entries but we had to narrow them down. Thanks go to Emily's, a great pub and eatery on Hwy C, Cedar Creek and The Flowersmith, beautiful floral and gift shop, South Main, West Bend for co-sponsoring. Kudos to Hampton Inn & Suites of West Bend also!

The TOP TEACHER was Mrs. Diana Miller, cross categorical teacher at Kewaskum Elementary. She was nominated by 8yr. old Caleb Duren.

Other Top Teacher winners were:

* Mrs. Boehlke, 4th grade teacher in the Northern Ozaukee School District. She was nominated by Garrett Hoffmann, 5th grader at Ozaukee Middle School.

* Mrs. Diane Hinke, 4th grade teacher at St. Mary's Springa Academy in Fond du Lac. She was nominated by Keegan Sponholz, 5th grader from St. Mary's Springs.

* Mrs. Schneeburger from Decorah Elementary in West Bend. She was nominated by Bri Jankowski from Badger Middle School.

* Mrs. Nienow from Badger Middle School in West Bend. The winning letter was submitted by Booker Reich, 6th grader from Badger.

* Mrs. Long from McLane Elementary in West Bend. She was nominated by Kailyn Arps, 4th grader from McLane.

*Mrs. Anne Sloane, 4th grade teacher from Green Tree Elementary in West Bend. Her nomination came from 11 year old Carmen Vincent from Green Tree.
